Sold my car through carsales and had Macktow come pick the car up from my place. I met with Harley, the driver, and he was an absolute gentleman. Very professional, polite and has good character. He arrived earlier than anticipated, and called me beforehand to let me know he was on the way, which was very helpful! Very happy with the service! 🙏🏼

I have been referred to MackTow by RACV. I have had Michael Kidd come out today and has worked with me over the past two days to find a solution to towing my car from work. We discussed various options - I am on crutches with a broken leg and have just approached remission with Stage 4 Cancer. He was very hands on, super helpful, assisted me in clearing the car and has done his best to fit in with me, my work obligations and when I could have the car ready but also meet with him. His Customer Service Levels were well above and beyond what would normally be expected, and his kindness, compassion and understanding for my situation was incredible. He safely delivered my car with no problems. THANK YOU to MACKTOW and to Michael K. What a Superstar Customer Service.
